Description
Medium-sized to large, acline or almost so, LV moderately convex, with rather narrow, prominent umbo, RV almost flat, posterior wings obtuse to slightly acute, with marginal sinus broad and shallow, left anterior wing narrow and very distinctly delimited from body of valve by deep sinus, right anterior auricle with narrow, rounded, moderately deep sinus below it, both shorter than posterior wings although not greatly reduced; ornament of radial ribs weaker on RV than on LV, or wanting.
