Suborbicular or ovate, evenly inflated or with feeble posterior carina; lunule superficial, mostly bounded by impressed line; escutcheon wanting; surface smooth or with fine concentric lines; hinge formula, AI(lII) (1) (3a) 3b PI/All (2a) 2b 4b (Pll) (teeth indicated in parentheses reduced or obso- lete), lamina All (+2a) joined to 2b by vinculum, Pll merged into margin, PI strong, elongate.
